Hindustani Jan Seva Foundation is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. Hindustani Jan Seva Foundation expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. We also recognize that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their minds.
We will examine each request for a refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund. We may also seek further information/documents and the donor must cooperate in this regard.
If you would like your donation to Hindustani Jan Seva Foundation to be refunded, You must request in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which you made the donation i.e. the date on which you:
Made the donation online, electronically, or through other means, OR
Handed over the cheque/demand draft to Hindustani Jan Seva Foundation or someone authorized by Hindustani Jan Seva Foundation for this purpose, OR
Dispatched the cheque/demand draft to Hindustani Jan Seva Foundation by other means.
The written request stating the reason for requesting a refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the following details pertaining to the donation:
Hindustani Jan Seva Foundation provides a “sustainable livelihood program” for every village, and implement phase-wise, based on the available skills and resources. We focus on the basics such as marriage, education, health, food and shelter. We are on the ground, where it matters most for the child. We enable both families and communities.
